The three-dimensional network structure firmly suspends oils, sunscreen powders, and plant active ingredients, effectively preventing liquid sedimentation and oil-water delamination, and significantly improving the shelf stability of products. When the nozzle is pressed, the feed liquid undergoes shear force from the pump head, which instantly loosens the molecular network structure and sharply reduces viscosity. The stock solution smoothly passes through fine nozzle orifices to form fine and uniform droplets, delivering an excellent atomization effect. After the droplets contact the skin and the external shear force disappears, the viscosity rapidly recovers, forming a lightweight moisturizing film on the skin surface that resists flowing and provides a refreshing and comfortable skin feel. The entire process is a physically reversible change without covalent bond breakage or molecular degradation and can be repeated cyclically, which constitutes the core principle of its rheological regulation performance.
